This is a Bluebell and Wild Garlic (Ramsons) workshop will last for 5 hours. Starting at 8.00am to get the best of the morning light and finishing around 1pm thoughout late April/May dependent on season.
Location will be either in East Dorset near Shaftsbury or Cerne Abbas in west Dorset.
This workshop will demonstrate the techniques for lighting and for creating atmospheric images. along with other techniques including compostion, exposure and focus stacking, and why long lenes produce different results to macro lenes. Manual focus and back button focus over auto focus.
There will be some walking and lying on the ground, a reasonable level of fitness will be required.
WHAT TO BRING
Appropriate clothing and footware
DLSR or Mirrorless camera with interchangable lenes, macro lens or a longer focal lenght lens,
Wide angle lens
Spare fully charged batteries.
Bean bag or a tripod capable of ground level
A mat or similar to lye on as the ground may be wet
A rain cover or plastic bag to cover equipment
Refreshments of your choice
Additional photographic accessories will be provided for the duration of the workshop.
